Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood Are Recording a Duet Together.
You may have heard that BRAD PAISLEY pushed back the release date of his next album . . . "This Is Country Music" . . . to May 24th. And this may be the reason why. According to Jimmy Carter.com, Brad is recording a duet with CARRIE UNDERWOOD . . . and the song will be on that album. It's a smart move beyond just getting to be in the same room as Carrie Underwood. If the song is good, they could pick up a nomination in one of those "Vocal Event" or "Musical Event" categories, which go to songs featuring two or more singers.

If it's good, it will go platinum. Carrie runs up platinum singles these days.
ReplyDeleteIf it's REALLY good, it will go double platinum and see huge airplay. If this is the case it could be one of the songs that these two are remembered for.
If it is going to be THAT song (which I think it might be since no label ever adjusts time horizons unless it will pay off in the l/r) this thing could go triple platinum and go on to win a grammy or two.
