Glen Campbell Will Launch a Tour in Support of His Farewell Album.

It's been almost a year since we heard GLEN CAMPBELL was recording a farewell album and that an "unbelievable amount" of people were coming out of the woodwork to perform on it.Well, the album, which is called "Ghost on the Canvas", should be ready to come out sometime this summer. Glen is also going to launch a farewell tour to go along with it. But don't expect some huge arena-type send-off. A spokesperson said Glen will be playing small halls or theaters in selected cities. And he's going to take his time. He'll arrive in each town early to do plenty of interviews and promotions. The rep also said Glen is, quote, "Playing guitar better than ever, singing and writing better than ever. It's really going to be a great final statement from him."
