This may explain why CHER graced us with her presence at last year's ACMs. She's recording a country album. She even hired a big shot producer to help her out. His name is Mark Bright, and he's produced albums for CARRIE UNDERWOOD, SARA EVANS and WHITNEY DUNCAN. No word when this piece of magic will be out. I should mention that Cher isn't a total stranger to the country scene. Her song "It's Too Late To Love Me Now" peaked at #87 on the "Billboard" Hot Country Songs chart back in 1979.
