KENNY CHESNEY is selling his massive compound in the Virgin Islands for a tidy $7.9 million. It has your typical rock star amenities like a massive kitchen he never uses, oceanfront views . . . and it's located right next to a preserved National Park.
But I want to own it because of the kickass water slide in the swimming pool (slash) spa. (--You can check out photos here.) (Islandia Real Estate)

Grace Potter Thinks Tim McGraw is More Fit Than Kenny Chesney.
Last month we suggest that TIM MCGRAW has been trying to "out-buff" KENNY CHESNEY on their Brothers of the Sun Tour. Well, according to one of the opening acts, GRACE POTTER, mission accomplished. She watched Tim do his workout on a recent tour stop and was blown away. She said, quote, "He was lifting tires over his head. Like, huge truck tires. "I felt like I was sneaking into the Pentagon watching him work out. The guy is fit as a fiddle. And now I know why. He's the most healthy guy on this tour. There's no contest. He looks like Iron Man, in the Iron Man suit."

Kenny Chesney Says It's a Blast Bringing Sports Stars on Stage to Sing.
We know KENNY CHESNEY loves hanging with sports stars. And the feeling is mutual. We've seen NFL teams let him suit up and make a fool out of himself at practice. Kenny returns the favor by pulling players on stage to sing off key. Obviously, it's all a goof . . . and a thrill for both sides. Kenny explains, quote, "It's great to see the crowd roar for them when they come on stage, which is a completely different setting than being at bat. "(But) I will say this: KEVIN MILLAR is the worst singer I've ever been on stage with. I met him when I was taking batting practice for the Red Sox, which remains one of my biggest thrills. "Kevin is a big kid at heart and a great guy who I'm still close with today, but he came up on stage when we were playing in Toronto and sang his favorite [song of mine], 'Old Blue Chair'. "It was just a terrible version! But he really had a blast and it was all in good fun."

The Pittsburgh Steelers Gave Kenny Chesney a Six-Foot Plaque.
KENNY CHESNEY got a huge honor before taking the stage Saturday night at Heinz field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The Rooney family, who own the Pittsburgh Steelers, gave him a giant cast iron Six For Six plaque. It represents Kenny selling out his sixth show at the stadium and the Steelers winning six Super Bowl championships. Kenny's a football nut so he was beyond excited. He, said, quote, "I believe this might be the best gift I've ever gotten on the road. It epitomizes all the heart and energy and passion that this crowd has, that this town has." They also gave Kenny a Steelers helmet signed by former Super Bowl MVP and Hall Of Famer FRANCO HARRIS. Picuted with Kenny is Steeler QB BEN ROETHLISBERGER!

Nashville Man Kicked Out of Kenny Chesney Concert for Looking Like Kenny Chesney!
A Nashville man was kicked out of Kenny Chesney's Saturday-night concert in Music City for looking too much like Kenny Chesney. Nathan Blankenship was dressed similar to Chesney -- wearing a sleeveless shirt and straw cowboy hat -- and he told reports that people sometimes say he looks like the country star. Blankenship says, "I can't help the way I look."
Security at the concert venue, LP Field, claims Blankenship was causing a disturbance among fans who thought they were seeing Chesney in the audience. Security personnel escorted Blankenship out of the stadium as a result.
He says, "I think the way they handled it made it seem worse, like they were really escorting Kenny Chesney through the crowd." It seems Nathan Blankenship has been through this kind of thing before, though. An official at LP Field says Metro Nashville police knew about Blankenship looking like Chesney before the concert began. Apparently, country stars at previous Nashville concerts have spotted Blankenship in the crowd and thought he was causing a similar disturbance. Blankenship is also upset about having to give up his $200 concert ticket to the show. Kenny Chesney's camp released a statement Monday saying they didn't know about Blankenship getting kicked out of the concert until it was reported in the media. Concert promoter Kate McMahon of The Messina Group says they are reaching out to Blankenship to make the situation right.

Is Tim McGraw Trying to "Out-Buff" Kenny Chesney?
TIM MCGRAW and KENNY CHESNEY are in the middle of their summer tour. All the PR has been about their friendship . . . but I'm seeing something else. It looks like Tim is trying to "out-buff" Kenny.
Last Friday Tim Tweeted a shirtless photo of him holding an athletic shoe. As usual, he's all muscled-up . . . but now he's super cut, just like Kenny. Looks like he's 10 pounds lighter than he used to be. And check this out, Tim has been going out of his way on the tour to get Kenny to eat fattening crap. Kenny told CMTs Country Countdown USA, quote, "Tim knows I've been trying to lean my body down so I can fit in the jeans I wear onstage. I think he's figured out that on Sunday, I'll eat whatever I want. "So, to test my will power he'll send me a dessert every day. He sent me a whole red velvet cake one day, and he knows I love red velvet cake. I think he's trying to do anything he can so he'll be skinnier than me."
Just as a side note...when Tim was on the road with Luke Bryan for the Emotional Traffic Tour, Tim had Luke's Ford Bronco painted up in graffiti! Removable paint of course. But Tim is known to be a prankster.

Kenny Chesney Does Not Have Time to Post Stuff on Twitter.
These days, every artist NEEDS to have a presence on the social networks. But that doesn't mean they're the ones posting stuff. For example, KENNY CHESNEY leaves that to his people . . . because he's just too damn busy. He says, quote, "I don't have time. I'm running a company. I'm doing everything I've gotta do to do what I do." Kenny's not leaving the door completely closed, though. He adds, quote, "Maybe one day . . . maybe soon." Speaking of Kenny: MSN is offering an "exclusive first listen" to his song "Sing 'Em Good My Friend". It's a track on his upcoming album"Welcome To The Fishbowl", which drops Tuesday. (--You can listen to it here.)

Kenny Chesney Appears in New Commercial for ESPN's SportsCenter
Kenny Chesney stars in the latest commercial for ESPN's SportsCenter. In the spot, Kenny tries to avoid ESPN anchor Steve Levy's attempts to sit with him at the "cool table" in the ESPN cafeteria. The lighthearted commercial was filmed at ESPN's campus in Bristol, CT. Kenny really enjoyed heading back to ESPN. He says, "I got to see a lot of the anchors I've become friends with over the years, a lot of the people who come to our shows." Kenny's Brothers of the Sun tour with Tim McGraw is certainly packing in crowds at stadiums across the country. The show played to nearly 100,000 fans over the weekend at back-to-back shows in Dallas and Kansas City. Kenny's new album, Welcome to the Fishbowl, is due out June 19, featuring his latest single, "Come Over."

And Now . . . Kenny Chesney's "Red Sock Theory"
KENNY CHESNEY is rich and famous and all that . . . but like every person on the planet, he gets "punched in the gut" by life once in a while. And when that does happen, Kenny remembers his "Red Sock Theory". I'll let him explain. He says, quote, "Imagine a dryer full of white socks . . . but there's one red one. The white socks are all the great things in life that come with what I do. The red one is the few things that make it uncomfortable and the things we go through to do what we do. "But you don't see that red sock every time. You might not see it for two minutes. It'll show up every now and then, and that's the way my life is. If you look at it as a whole dryer full of red socks then it's gonna consume you. And I used to look at it that way. But now I try to look at it as a bunch of white socks that represent a lot of great things and I've been very fortunate and that red sock shows up every now and then and punches me in the gut or disappoints me, whatever. "But I try not to let that red sock affect me that much."

Kenny Chesney, Men's Health: Singer Explains How Diet & Exercise Affect Touring.
Without a doubt, Kenny Chesney is the fittest singer in the country world. The toned tunesmith shares his workout regiment and diet with Men's Health as he covers the magazine's June issue. Despite his hyper-awareness to health, the singer does admit to a few vices.
"I've never abused my body with drugs," he tells the magazine. "I've never smoked. But I will say that I've probably been over-served a lot. You can't spend 19 years on the road and not have a few drinks."
To stay in shape, the "Reality" singer makes a few sacrifices. He claims to not have had salt in a decade, while he rarely eats dairy and bread. However, he does allow him self one day a week to cheat: Sunday.

Will Kenny Chesney and Tim McGraw's New Song "Feel Like a Rock Star" Debut at Number One?
This is the reason they have awards shows. "Feel Like a Rock Star", the new song KENNY CHESNEY and TIM MCGRAW unleashed on Sunday's ACMs is already the most played song on country radio. And it's selling like crazy too. Kenny's label made it available for download during the show and people started jumping on it immediately. According to "Billboard",if it keeps selling at the current pace, it could debut at #1. That would make it only the second song to debut at Number One in the 22-year history of the modern charts. GARTH BROOKS' single "More Than a Memory" debuted at #1 back in September of 2007. And even if the buzz cools off, Kenny's record label is convinced the song will debut in the top ten.

Blake Shelton is "People Country's" Hottest Guy of 2012.
"People Country" magazine's list of the Hottest Country Guys of 2012 will be on newsstands today, but they did leak some details ahead of time.
BLAKE SHELTON grabbed the top spot . . . which, of course, means he's on the cover. And then there's his reaction to the honor. He says, quote, "I think it’s funny because there is nothing about me, if I was a girl, that I would think is sexy." Blake's wife MIRANDA LAMBERT offers her take on why he's so dreamy. She says, quote, "The minute he opens his mouth and starts talking to you, he makes you smile. That's what made me think, 'Oh my gosh, this guy is awesome.'" Other country stars who made the list include . . . in no particular order . . . Tim McGraw, Keith Urban, Luke Bryan, Chris Young, Kenny Chesney, Dierks Bentley and David Nail. For some reason, David Nail's people were the only ones who jumped on the news early and squeezed a statement out of him. David said, quote, "I could say what everybody always says, 'You don't see me in the morning.' But I know that this is a huge compliment . . . and it's nice to know people think you're desirable. I think in my case, the music has a lot to do with it."

A Female Stalker Was Arrested at Kenny Chesney's Place, But Kenny Wasn't Home
A stalker who claims to be in a relationship with KENNY CHESNEY was arrested at his house outside Nashville on Wednesday morning. Kenny was out of state at the time and his publicist says there's no relationship between the two. Around 2:00 A.M., a woman named Melissa Carol Mansfield jumped the fence and tripped the burglar alarm. The sheriff arrived and found her smoking and drinking wine in a bathroom by the pool. She was charged with criminal trespassing and public intoxication, and taken to the County jail. She's scheduled to appear in court next Thursday. The woman's brother said that the whole thing is "heartbreaking". She has a history of alcohol abuse and the family actually got her into rehab just two weeks ago. He also said this wasn't Melissa's first time stalking Kenny. Apparently, she once followed him to the Virgin Islands. No word on what came of that. The brother also said that instead of bailing her out, the family would prefer that she get psychiatric help. I'm thinking that's something Kenny would like to see happen too.

Kenny Chesney Takes His Crew On Vacation After Each Tour . . . *And* They Qualify to Win Buckets of His Money!
Last week we learned that TAYLOR SWIFT takes every single employee of her tour on an exotic vacation when the trek wraps. But she's got nothing on KENNY CHESNEY. He does that AND he gives them a chance to win over a quarter of a million dollars. Kenny tells the "New York Times", quote, "At the end of each year, I take the band, crew, the merchandise people, catering people, my management team, their wives, girlfriends, whatever, down to the Virgin Islands for a week to thank them. "I pay for everything, and we've done it every year since 2002." And here's the part about the money. He continues, quote, "I want all the people out there who work with me to feel as appreciated as possible, especially the people who are the first to get up in the morning and the last to go to bed, my crew guys. "Sometimes we do a 'merch lottery'. We put everybody's name in a huge sombrero and whoever's name I pull out gets all of the money from merchandise sales for that night." Kenny was asked how much money could that be. He answered, quote, "Probably the biggest check was three hundred grand. But do you know what those guys did? "This is why I think this kind of thing works: They waited until the end of the year and I wrote one big check to the crew and they divided it up 13 ways. Doing things like that just motivates people."
