Carrie Underwood Contributes to Chronicles of Narnia Film
Carrie Underwood has co-written and recorded a song called "There's a Place for Us" for the upcoming film, The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. The song, written with David Hodges and Hillary Lindsey, will be available exclusively on iTunes on Nov. 16. Based on a C.S. Lewis book, the fantasy film is scheduled to be released on Dec. 10. "I'm a big fan of the Narnia books and films, so I was really excited about seeing this new movie and writing and performing a song for it," Underwood said. "I was blown away by the film, and I think people are going to be really excited when they see it." Her upcoming tour stops include Toronto on Wednesday (Nov. 3), Long Island, N.Y., on Friday (Nov. 5) and Manchester, N.H., on Saturday (Nov. 6). (Courtesy: CMT.COM)
