Monday was a slow day for Team America. We only won three medals . . . but China did just as bad, so at least we didn't lose any ground. They're still ahead of us by one medal. Here's yesterday's overall medal count:
#1.) China with 64 medals - 31 Gold, 19 Silver, and 14 Bronze.
#2.) United States with 63 medals - 29 Gold, 15 Silver, and 19 Bronze.
#3.) Russia with 42 medals - 7 Gold, 17 Silver, and 18 Bronze.
#4.) Great Britain with 40 medals - 18 Gold, 11 Silver, and 11 Bronze.
#5.) Japan with 28 medals - 2 Gold, 12 Silver, and 14 Bronze.
